Our experts select the suitable processes based on the desired quantity, the materials used, the complexity of the parts and the planned application scenario, and accompany the order from the first enquiry to final delivery.

In stamping, a tool consisting of two components, punch and die, is used. The punch can have any shape, which is cut out of the die by pressure, similar to a paper punch.

Federtechnik Kaltbrunn AG designs and builds all stamping tools in its own tool making department. This allows us to ensure the highest precision and quality in producing your components.

 

Stamping-bending

In the production of complex metal parts, several stamping and bending operations are often required, which must follow one another in a clearly defined sequence. Thanks to extensive automation possibilities and the combination with other production processes, stamping-bending achieves high cost efficiency and production speed, especially for large quantities.

To be able to apply each of these processes at the latest state of the art, our employees have a modern machine park with reliable servicing and maintenance at their disposal. In this way we ensure that all production processes can be used flexibly and at the highest quality, in order to handle even complex orders with seamless work processes.
